Peder is an Investment Professional at Explore Equity. Before joining the firm, Peder worked at Boston Consulting Group where he spent most of his time supporting industrial firms with M&A, including due diligence, acquisition, joint ventures and carve-outs. Peder also worked with clients on multiple topics, including portfolio optimization, organizational design, lean, and digital innovation.

Peder holds a Bachelor’s in business and Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, and a Master in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
