Alf joined Explore Equity as an Investment Professional in 2025. Before joining Explore, he worked at McKinsey, where he mainly served private equity clients. Prior to McKinsey, he worked seven years in the Norwegian Armed Forces.

Alf holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and a Master of Science from Handelshøyskolen BI.
